Dr. Paul Loeb van Zuilenburg, Fulbright scholar from South Africa, studies music entrepreneurship program at South Carolina.
The School of Music is honored to host Fulbright scholar Dr. Paul Loeb van Zuilenburg, Professor of Trumpet at the University of the Free State, South Africa during the spring 2011 semester. Though he will be intermittently assisting the trumpet studio, Dr. Loeb van Zuilenburg will be spending much of his time with Dr. Gary Beckman to develop a music entrepreneurship program for his home institution in South Africa. This is a significant milestone for the field of arts entrepreneurship as Dr. Loeb van Zuilenburg is the first Fulbright scholar to study the topic on this side of the Atlantic.
