New Voices
USC STUDENT COMPOSERS CONCERT

Established in 2001 by Drs. Bain and Rogers, student composers come together at the end of each term to produce the New Voices USC Student Composers Concert. This semi-annual series is designed to stimulate compositional activity and educate composers in practical matters of concert production, publicity, and artistic collaboration.

Participation in these concerts is a requirement for the successful completion of our B.M., M.M. and D.M.A. degrees in composition.

All concerts are digitally recorded and available on compact disc in the USC Music Library. A student-produced podcast of Concert XIII is available on iTunes.

All concerts are free and open to the public
and take place at 7:30 p.m. in the School of Music Recital Hall,
2nd Floor, 813 Assembly Street (next to the Koger Center).
