Readings of Works for Large Forces

Students regularly have the opportuntity to have their works for large forces read by USC ensembles. Orchestra readings are a regular part of our curriculum. End of semester reading sessions occur in MUSC 515 Orchestration and MUSC 717 Advanced Orchestration. The composition faculty also helps students arrange readings of works for wind ensemble, concert band, chamber orchestra, chorus, and so forth as the need arises.
