School of Music Room Schedules

Online schedules are no longer available for direct viewing in a web browser.

To view current schedeule information, calendar files must be downloaded to iCal.

Click on the following links to load the associated calendar file into your iCal application. These links will only work for computers running OS X. Once calendar files have been loaded into iCal, open the iCal application directly to view schedule information. Calendar files will remain in iCal until deleted.

iCal Calendar Links

To load a calendar file into iCal, click an above link. If prompted with the following dialog box (or something similar), click iCal, then click OK. If this dialog box does not appear, move to the next step.

Once the iCal Application opens, click the "Subscribe" button:

Choose an Auto-refresh rate, then click OK. An auto-refresh rate is needed to insure that you always have the latest schedule information.
