2008-09 FACULTY MEETINGS and
TENURE AND PROMOTION COMMITTEE MEETINGS

  • School of Music Faculty Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month beginning at 8:30 AM in the Choral Rehearsal Room (006).  Attendance at meetings is expected.  Faculty should notify the Dean concerning absences.  The Administrative Assistant to the Dean takes minutes of the meeting and provides the faculty with a summary of the salient points.  All full-time faculty members at the rank of assistant professor or higher are eligible to vote on School of Music issues.
  • An agenda will be distributed prior to each meeting. 
  • Meetings will be cancelled if there are no Agenda Items. 
  • A quorum of 20 full time faculty members is necessary in order to cast official votes.
